Fiona Coleman
With personal experiences that have built up over 30 years, Fiona has gained firsthand knowledge of what does and does not work when it comes to establishing credibility and influencing others.
Fiona’s corporate background is in sales and marketing. She started her career as a field sales representative for office equipment and developed through a number of roles in sales, account management, sales management, product marketing and marketing communications for four small-medium sized organisations.
Parallel to this career, Fiona trained as a personal development coach and facilitator in 1994 and over the years she has developed and delivered many public, in-house and corporate coaching and training programmes.
In 2007, Fiona made the decision to step out on her own and set up Create-i.
Today, Fiona’s focus is working with organisations and individuals: helping them to be the best that they can be. Her passion lies in gaining a deep understanding of client end goals and objectives and from this insight delivering impactful solutions. These predominantly manifest in leadership programmes, facilitating strategic thinking and change management programmes and providing results focused senior manager and executive board level coaching.

Nina Bainbridge
At the heart of Nina’s work is enabling leaders to do their best thinking using a coaching mindset and skill-set to unlock new insight.
Nina is a transformational coach who works one-to-one with Executive Clients; with Leadership Teams on specific business issues and their journey managing change; and with organisations to learn how to create a systemic enabling and inclusive culture for themselves.
She brings valuable skills to Create-i client projects. With a background in marketing, she aligns the commercial potential of the business with the development required to enable leaders.
Nina designs and delivers experiential development programmes focussed on ‘business exam questions that need solving’ to enhance the learning experience on real issues that leaders face. These can include increasing local and global collaboration, increasing sales and reducing cost to serve. Her programmes are designed to ensure leaders begin to tackle the challenges in the business and learn new inclusive ways of working at the same time.
Other recent projects include consulting, designing and delivering a global programme to embed a systemic coaching culture at Rolls-Royce; facilitating a transformational experience for Microsoft Managers to develop personal purpose and align it to the collective mission; and delivering an experiential programme for HSBC bank enabling leaders to create engaging conversations that lead to action.
Passionate about young people accessing personal development, she also coaches and facilitates for an award-winning social enterprise delivering leadership and coaching programmes to Young People in some of London’s most challenging Prisons and Youth Offending Institutes.
Her clients describe her as warm, empathic, creative and quietly challenging.
