My in-depth knowledge of training and business comes from having spent more than 20 years working in people development, including with talented, high-performing individuals; global, multi-site companies and one of the world’s largest law firms.

I was the purchaser of training for many years, giving me valuable insight into what works (as well as what doesn’t!). I’ve designed countless development and talent programmes, run hundreds of training sessions, coached scores of talented women and solved the issue again and again of what a person needs to develop.

Having worked at the most senior levels myself, and trained numerous individuals with board level responsibility, I understand the commercial reality of business and how people development fits into and supports this.

As the former Head of Learning and Development for both DLA Piper LLP and Ashurst LLP and having delivered training, coaching and consulting for companies such as Reynolds Porter Chamberlain, McDonald’s, Tesco and the Bernard Hodes Group I offer a unique perspective and specialist insight.

I have a Joint BA Honours Degree in French and Greek Studies.  I am a Fellow of the Institute of Continuing Professional Development, an Affiliate of the Chartered Institute of Professional Development and a working mum with two amazing and wonderful children.
