Fiona Coleman – Founder and Managing Director

With a background in Sales and Marketing and personal experience built up over 20 years, I have gained firsthand knowledge of what works, and what does not, when it comes to establishing credibility and influencing others.

My corporate background is in sales and marketing. I started my career as a field sales representative responsible for selling office equipment (mainly photocopiers) and developed through a number of roles in sales, account management, sales management, product marketing and marketing communications for four small–medium sized organisations in the office equipment, telecommunications, direct marketing and publishing sectors.

Parallel to my sales and marketing ‘career’ I trained as a personal development coach and facilitator in 1994 and over the years I have developed and delivered many public, in-house and corporate coaching and training programmes.

In 2007 I made the decision to step out on my own and to set up Create-i.

Today my focus is working with organisations and individuals: helping them to be the best that they can be. My passion lies in gaining a deep understanding of client end goals and objectives and from this insight delivering impactful solutions: leadership programmes, facilitating strategic thinking and change management programmes and providing results focused senior manager and executive board level coaching.
